Team Phoenix is delighted to be taking part in the Sportex International Championships in Abu Dhabi from 1 to 6 May.
With 16 clubs from 10 countries the Sportex competition is an ideal opportunity for some our young squad athletes to experience their first international event.
With events from 8&U and Novice through to Masters, there is something for everyone with a friendly and inclusive entry structure providing a healthy, positive environment for all athletes.
With a dearth of meaningful competition locally, this provides our more experienced athletes with valuable experience as they look to improve and learn as they take the next steps in their careers.
Equally importantly we are pleased to have some of our new coaches joining us as they continue their coaching education in an international setting.
