There are 3 sizes available. Swimmers usually prefer small or medium sizes for a comfortable fit.
The nose clip should be stored with the ends hooked over each other to preserve a tight fit. Don't stretch the rounded metal wire, rather slide the clip down from the top of the nose onto the nostrils for a snug fit.
